I don't believe my CS2 is an "upgrade", but the install window says it is......

I have had this CS2 on my XP computer for years.  I don't remember upgrading from a previous version, but the install window tells me it's an upgrade and it needs to see the original PS.  What do I do now?

    When you install the special version of PPro2 on a Win7 or Win8 computer, you MAY need to right click the program icon and select WinXP compatibility from the option popup
