I don't have aquestion as such, I want to share with you all the appalling support I received on a chat line

Just read this it's unbelievable. I've sorted the problem now after just 2 mins of help from someone who understood the problem

Garima Sachdeva: may I know what happens when you try to upload an image?

Clive Prosser: I can't see how to upload an image, that is the problem, it doesn't give me the option of "upload image"

Garima Sachdeva: I can see that you have Adobe EXport PDF

Garima Sachdeva: With that you cannot upload image

Garima Sachdeva: With Adobe Export PDF you can only convert your pdf's to word or excel

Clive Prosser: Up until 2 weeks ago I used to sign all documents with my signature which I had uploaded. My computer then crashed and when I got it back up and running your new system loaded up. I've been signing pdf's with the old system for the last two years

Garima Sachdeva: I have checked your account and there is no such product registered with which you can get that feature to sign

Clive Prosser: But I've been doing it for over 2 years, check my cloud docs, you will see they are all signed

Garima Sachdeva: Well, I do understand they are signed but that docs will not help to find the product

Clive Prosser: When I first subscribed to you, I did it so I could sign docs, you can't just take that away from me

Garima Sachdeva: We have not taken any thing from your account

Garima Sachdeva: There is only one product under your account which is Adobe Export PDF order# AD001201432UK

Clive Prosser: I have been signing docs for over 2 years, I can't sign docs with your new system = you have taken that facility away from me with your new system

Clive Prosser: Is it possible for me to revert to the old system

Garima Sachdeva: Clive, as I said we have not taken any thing from your account and how would we take any thing from your machine

Garima Sachdeva: For that you need to contact your IT person

Garima Sachdeva: They will help you

Clive Prosser: Do you accept that up until 2 weeks ago I used to sign docs with an uploaded signature

Clive Prosser: I am the IT person

Garima Sachdeva: There is no product under your account from which we can see

Clive Prosser: Please answer my question

Garima Sachdeva: Clive, there is no such product under from which you can sign the documents

Garima Sachdeva: You might have used adobe reader free software to open the pdf's and signing them

Garima Sachdeva: But that 's a free software of adobe and there is no charge

Clive Prosser: Please you are not listening to me - I HAVE been signing documents for the last 2 years, how do you explain that?

Garima Sachdeva: Clive as I said You might have used adobe reader free software to open the pdf's and signing them

Clive Prosser: Ah - are you telling me I can sign a document if I open it in Acrobat reader

Garima Sachdeva: Yes

Garima Sachdeva: Adobe Reader is a free software where you can open the pdf files and sign them

Clive Prosser: That's all I needed to know, I'll try it now - Than you
