I don't have Encore

I have Creative Cloud but I don't have Encore to use with Premiere Pro CC. I have tried to download Premiere Pro CS6 as I read Encore CS6 would be included which I could then use with Premiere Pro CC. I have tried to download Premiere Pro CS6 with no luck. It will not start the download. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi ds0806,

Please refer the knowledge base article: http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/kb/encore-cs6-installed-cc.html giving instruction to download Encore. 

Also keep in mind that Premiere Pro is installed only on 64 bit machine. Kindly check your machine configuration.

I had previously tried the link you suggested. When I click on download nothing happens. I have the 2013 Imac with the 3.5 Ghz and Intel Core I7. I have had Encore before.

You have not provided any system information orr other technical details like what browser you use to download the CS6 products.
