I don't have the product box, thus I don't have the serial number. I cannot get hold of a warm body at Adobe or even an real onlline contact link. How am i supposed to find the correct serial number to install my original Photoshop Elements 12 produc

HELP. where do I get a serial number if I no longer have the product box (oops) and I still need to install the software. Is a human even working at Adobe? Do they ever look at email? I can't be the only person with this problem.
