I don't know where my photoshop has gone

I downloaded the Adobe CC and then the Photoshop CC App... it says it is downloaded but I can't find it and cannot open it to try it out.

I wanted to try it out today so that I could purchase the monthly $9.99 per month....

That sounds like XP. XP does not meet all CC requirements After CS5 Adobe stopped supporting GPU on XP. CC uses GPU for features like 3D.

Is Server 2008 or 2012 XP or Win 7 bassed?

The normal process to install Photoshop CC is:

Download and Install Adobe Cloud Desktop Application.

Open the Cloud desktop log in with your Adobe User ID and password that has the subscription. Use the APP tab and install Photoshop CC. The cloud installer should download Photoshop CC install it and add a Photoshop CC launching icon to you system on the desktop and in the start button
