I don't want to renew my subscription

I have been trying to cancel my automatic renewal for the After Effects subscription, but there seems to be a loop where the "cancel plan" option is never available.  I am told to contact customer service, but the chat service is not available either and I don't want to spend hours on the phone in a long-distance call to a foreign country.  I need urgent help on this cancellation.
