I dont have uninstaller, How I can uninstall it?

In Panic! I am trying to download creative cloud but give error. I had a person helping me and look like delete all programs from adobe few months ago and now I can even add creative cloud.

Tried to used cleaner but I can make it either because when I am go to uninstall is saying that I dont have that file. Help please!

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

I already try those  problem that is not uninstaller file of creative cloud on my computer look like are delete. Do you know how I can get them back? Aren't on the trash anymore.
