I need help installing LR6. I purchased student version of LR4 from community college years ago but cant find serial number. how can up complete installation of newly purchased LR6?
If you bought the upgrade version of LR6 (not the full version) you MUST have the serial number of the previous version to install the upgrade

If the above link doesn't help, nobody here can help... and if you never registered your previous version so it shows in the Adobe system, even Adobe won't be able to help
The only thing you can do is return your upgrade LR6 for a refund and buy the full version
