I downloaded LR5 not realizing I needed LR4 first, What do I do?

I downloaded LR5, thought I was downloading a standalone turns out it was an upgrade. And upgrade to something I dont have. What Do I do? Will Adobe offer a refund? or can I do the LR4 as a stand alone?
