I downloaded the 30 day trial 22 hours ago, but now InDesign says my trial has expired?

I downloaded the 30 day trial for InDesign, Acrobat and Encoder on my new MacBook less than 24 hours ago, but when I tried to open InDesign just now, it said that my trial has expired. It worked perfectly this morning. Is there something I need to do to carry on with my 30 day trial before having to purchase?

    Hi olgajardine,

I certainly understand your situation, however, unfortunately, we have no way of resetting a trial time.

Sometimes anti-virus or security software can interfere with the trial time. In order to get out of this situation I would like to make some possible suggestions.

    1. You can try to install it on a different computer if you have a spare machine.
    2. You can sign up for Creative Cloud and it is possible to cancel without penalty or charges within the first 30 days. You can get the full refund for the same as per subscriptions terms. for more info.check the below mentioned link.

    Thanks,

there's no easy way to extend a trial that's ended early.  you can reformat your hd or install on a different computer
