I downloaded windows ten

I downloaded windows ten and I ended up having to reinstall windows 7 which wiped all my apps and Photoshop CS6 extended edition and Lightroom were among the things that I need the most on my lap top.  I cannot find my installation disks, but I need the version I have without having to pay for photoshop again.  How can I install this onto my computer running on widows ten.
