I downloded premiere pro CS6 from Creative Cloud Apps. It shows as downloaded in Creative Cloud but is not opening

I downloded premiere pro CS6 from Creative Cloud Apps. It shows as downloaded in Creative Cloud but is not opening. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Elzbietab60100666 please see Launch CC apps after install - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/launch-creative-cloud-apps.html for information on how to open Premiere Pro CS6.  If you have followed the steps then what specific errors are you receiving when you try to open Premiere Pro CS6?  Also which operating system are you using?

thank you. Operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate. When I try to open I click on the icon but nothing happens. Also the installed app is not showing in my start menu.

Elzbietab60100666 please confirm that you have utilized the steps listed in Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install Premiere Pro?

If so then I would recommend reviewing the installation log file to determine why the installation failed.  You can find details on how to review the log file at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
