I get errorcode 195 Mac OS 10.11 required on Mac OS 10.13.6 during installation of PS elements 2022

Hi there

I'm trying to install Photoshop Elements 2022 on my macbook having MacOS v 10.13.6.

Installation stops with errorcode 195, saying minimum requirement is Mac OS 10.11, but I am (as already stated) on Mac OS 10.13.6.

I have restarted the macbook and retried installation, it stops on this each time

Thank you very much for quick answer; I assume I can upgrade my mac, I hope so.
I bought version with both windows and mac, so if not, I many find my old windows PC and see if I'm luckier with that one.
I bought PSE from retailer.
