Question

I get this message when trying to download CS5. "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Adviser to detect the problem." What can I do?

    Hi,

    Try to download the CS5 application again and reinstall.

    Download CS5 products

    Uninstall before you install again.

    Also you can use the cleaner tool after uninstall to make sure the uninstallation cleaned everything.

    you're trying to install an adobe cs5 program?

    if yes, what program and what installation files (names, extensions and sizes) do you have?
