I go to my orders, click on order, click on download and nothing

I cannot get the adobe acrobat I ordered to show a download screen. I went to my orders, clicked on the order, clicked on download tab at the top of page, and nothing happened.  I have used the 30 day trial software. Can you supply me with the serial number, and I will input the serial number into the trial software? Thanks, Lisa
