Hi, I'm French,

I got a new PC and I don't know how to download Adobe Premiere Elements that I purchased On my other PC and I don't have the serial number,

But maybe giving you the credit card that I used + my account login might help ?

While it depends which version you need to download, most older versions are available thru the following page. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html

Do not think about sharing your credit card information in a public forum!

You should be able to find your serial number thru your Aeobe account online. It should be listed under your products if you registered it previously
