I got a subscription (for many years now) but I get the message my subscription has expired. I can't even get someone on the phone to help me with this because I'm not entitled to because I supposedly do not have a subscription. I paid my yearly subscription over a month ago.

THIS IS ABSURD! I paid over € 10.000,- on Adobe software in the last years and this is what I get?

I got work to do. Now. I just knew this was going happen some day. I feel so screwed.

How do I get this working again?

Ok, the interesting thing is that it refers you to your IT administrator, not to Adobe. That means (it thinks) that you are signed onto a team or enterprise account (or school account), which has an administrator, rather than a regular account where you just have a deal with Adobe. I see you mention a reseller, so maybe that's the case - are you the account admin?

Thanks for your answer. I have a Team account, that's correct.

Today it became clear the reseller made a mistake. My subscription renewal had to be activated in June but somehow was set to July.

Yes, here is the InDesign one... Somehow most of my Adobe CS apps like InDesign and Illustgrator seem to work. Acrobat is still crippled.

I already tried signing out and in again. Doesn't help. I'll contact the Adobe authorised reseller on monday. I'm sure they can help me out. At least I can get them on the phone.
