I had a case number :0186244206where i had installed bridge within creative cloud and it was not launching although the software is showing in controlpanel under programs.
Although the case was helped - your colleagues controlled my pc and got bridge working and it worked when I relaunched it after the call - Since then - 3 more weeks I have been unable to launch the new bridge software. It is showing as an installed program onmy PC but I cannot get it to launch. This is not working for me at all as my professional cameras (new Nikons 750) require the new version of bridge. Urgent help required!
