I had a computer quit working (broke) that was running CS3. I now have a new computer and have downloaded Cs3 from my Adobe account online. After downloading and installing, I entered my serial number and it won't work. I wasn't able to deactivate it

I had a computer quit working (broke) that was running CS3. I now have a new computer and have downloaded Cs3 from my Adobe account online. After downloading and installing, I entered my serial number and it won't work. I wasn't able to deactivate it on my computer due to the fact that it broke down.

    The Serial number that you have is a Volume license serial number, which only works with installer specific to volume license. Please check  Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers | Orders | Accounts.
