I had problem to upgrade the creative cloud so I decided to delete and reinstall. But when I try to reinstall It doesn't work.(MAC)

I click on the installer and starts downloading for 2 seconds and then disappear and doesn't install.

uninstall everything cc using the uninstallers.

restart your computer

use the desktop app to install your cc programs.

I tried everything, I restarted the laptop, but when I have to reinstall the cloud it disappear and doeasn't install.
