I had to get a new drive and now I want to reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro. It asks me for the serial number of the product I am upgrading. I am not upgrading anything because this is a product I have purchased. It gives me 30 days. How do I get around this?

    If the installer is asking for a previous serial number, that means you bought an upgrade version, not a full, standalone version
