Question

I had to get my MacBook wiped clean and lost all my Adobe applications - how can I re-install the Creative Cloud suite?

I was given a complimentary 12 month subscription through my school, and I can't reuse the activation code they gave me. When I log into Adobe to look at and manage my products I don't see anywhere that I could possibly redownload. I understand they wouldn't let you just download as many times as you want, so I'm wondering if I can even do that at all? Or do I need to get into direct contact with Adobe and ask for a new activation code?

Saraha39187746 if you are referring to a Creative Cloud membership then please see Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps for information on how to install the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership.

Well the issue is now that under my account it doesn't say that I have the 12 month free membership, and I'm only given the option to do 30 day free trials. I only activated my 12 month membership last month. So how can I contact Adobe directly to get help?
