Question

I had to wipe my computer and reload my programs... I was able to re-install my Adobe Pro 9.0 but could not re-install my Premiere Elements 6.0... the serial numbers indicate the products have been registered but there is no link upload

It appears I have typed my question in the subject line.  Here is the question again.  I had to wipe my computer and reload my programs... I was able to re-install my Adobe Pro 9.0 but could not re-install my Premiere Elements 6.0... the serial numbers indicate the products have been registered but there is no link upload

The earliest link I know of is for version 9 Download and Installation Help | Download and Installation Help which will not work with your serial number

If you don't have an install disc, or you did not make a copy of a download to an external drive, I think you are going to have to buy a new version

Thanks replying John, I had the original program disks Version 1.0 and the upgrade disk to 3.0, the upgrade to 6.0 was done online at adobe.com.  Somewhere in the process of loading 3.0 my initial loaded but when I was prompted for the serial number, it rejected the number.  I the number at adobe and it indicated the serial number had been registered.  I went ahead and did just what you suggested, it was time for an upgrade so I am trying out the Photoshop CC 2015 on the monthly lease program.  Again thank you for your reply
