I hate this program and have only owned it an hour

Just purchased Elements 2019, installed, did what it said, wants number I don't have, can't get started hate Adolbe already

Everywhere I go it only wants me to buy something.

I should have been sent a number in the start.

Now it doesn’t like my login.

This looks like a sham to me.

You must have a serial number to activate the program

Did you receive a redemption code?

Did you buy a boxed version from a retail store, or a download?

I bought a boxed CD

I should have been able to install and go to work.

I open and it wants me to upgrade, try this for free, etc., etc.

I have to register and then it wants a serial number which it did not send me.

Then it rejects a login put in that I use for several things.

It would not take a redemption number on the back of the cd jacket.

It should not be this hard to buy and install a program. Have never experienced this before.

I HATE THIS PROGRAM and haven’t used it yet.

Adobe SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
