I have 1 year subscription but says 7 days trial

Hello! Yesterday my apps (all adobe cc) stopped working and would opening or sign in. I deleted everything and reinstalled, and now it says 7day trial after installing directly from Creative Cloud Desktop App. Can somebody tell me why is this happening?you!
