I have a CC single app (photoshop) membership. I have downloaded to one computer. I am having trouble downloading to another one. I have gotten to the screen that says "Photoshop is downloanding now" but it doesn't seen to be. I hve waited up to 30 m

Did you install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from here:  Creative Cloud desktop app

and then use the Creative Cloud Desktop App to install apps?

Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps

You can access the Creative Cloud desktop app by clicking the Creative Cloud icon, located in the taskbar (Windows) or Apple menu bar (Mac OS) and install apps from there.

Alternately, you can install from here if you are having issues:
