I have a copy of CS5.5 - purchased in 2013. I have had 1 of my computers die and I cannot deactivate my copy on it and therefore cannot intstall on a new laptop since I am only allowed 2 copies. Adobe cannot help.
How can I deactivate a copy of CS5.5 on a computer that is not longer available to access. It does not appear on the Adobe account so I can’t delete it from being read by Adobe. I want to have access to mt 2 approved CS5.5 downloads but with Adobe reading this defunct computer as active I cannot. How can I set my license to let me have 2 copies again?
