I have a copy of PSE purchased from Amazon 31/12/24 on 3 year licence, recently stopped working

I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 2025 purchased via Amazon 31/12/24 - 3 year licence so still active.

Had to uninstall app due to issue, now when I try to reinstall it says my original redemption code has already been used, all I can get with download is a 7day free trial, which will not allow me to enter original licence code ?

Trial has now expired, and my only option is to purchase full ? Signed into Adobe with same e mail as original purchase made to
