I have a creative cloud licence for in design and i use a non cloud version of photoshop 5.5. I only have photoshop installed and working on two computers that i know of. My desktop and my laptop. When i log onto the internet i am now unable to use photoshop on my main computer. It may be that i had photoshop on an old computer which I no longer use but i am not sure. How can I get this sorted? Can i find out if i have a copy activated on an old computer (which has been scrapped) and get it deactivated?

If you had Photoshop working previously on the machine then it is not likely an activation issue.

If you would like to have Adobe Support deactivate for you it has to be done for all installations since individual machines cannot be targeted by them.
