I have a full 12 months Photography membership given to me by Canon, yet Adobe CC keeps resetting my account to free trial membership.  I updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find it was not an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have removed 2014 from my system, so I have no Photoshop at all now.  Adobe support is a continuous loop of meaningless questions and I end up at a forum instead of a human being who could sort this out.  In the mean time what do I tell my clients who are waiting for images???  My membership runs out in October and at the moment I see little incentive to renew as I am not getting what has already been paid for.  If some one from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.
