Hi, I have been given a full creative cloud license from my new employer but when I go to download some fo my apps, they appear as trials instead of download. It would be great if someone could help!

If you're on a Teams/Enterprise account, contact your IT dept admin.  They need to create a package and give you the correct log-in ID and password to use.

If you have a personal Creative Cloud plan also on this computer, I suggest you create a 2nd computer user ID for business.
