I have a full subscription but only trial versions in Creative Cloud

i need help ..

I pay already few months for this subscription and now after the trial is over i cant use any of the creative cloud programs such as photoshop etc.


the descritions says

"You have access to the latest (and previous) versions of all Creative Cloud desktop apps — plus the full collection of companion mobile apps and services."


so where is my access


i hope someone can help me out

HI,

I see you have a creative cloud membership under the same email as you are using with forums , However it has not been activated .

Kindly refer:-Activation / Deactivation / Sign in / Sign out FAQ: How do I activate my Creative Cloud Apps?

For trial :-

First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,

Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
