I have a key for windows and mac in my products but when installing my mac key does not work? help please! do i need to be issued a new one?

    my cs6 master collection.   i have a windows key but i was told by my school contact that i need to contact adobe in order to get a mac key for it as well

    is there a phone number i can call or a direct email?
