Question

I have a license for Adobe Photoshop CS6 - as an upgrade from CS5. On my new computer with Win11, I download the installation from my Adobe account and it won't activate. What can I do to keep using CS6?

    From my Adobe account, I can only download CS5. It installed, but attempts to update or register the product fail. I don't know where I would get a CS6 version from?

    @Justyna

    you can register your cs6 version and that should allow a download from your account.

    also, did you deactivate cs6 from your old computer?

    you’ll be prompted for your cs6 serial number and then your cs5 serial number.

    what problem do you see when trying to activate?
