I have a license of CS 5 Design Premium and I cant install the License.

Hi. Im trying to reinstall a previus installed - Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium with license that I paid for.
It says :

The serial number you entered is valid, but a qualifying product cannot be found on this computer.

Inside the CS 5 window....

you have a cs5 serial number for an upgrade version (from a previous product) of cs5.

after you enter your cs5 serial number, the installer checks your computer for that qualifying product. failing to find it, you will then be prompted for the qualifying product name and serial number. enter that info and your cs5 installation should proceed.

I have installed the program from the disk that came with the license.

and yes it does asks me to choose another product name... but I dont have any other product installed nor a license for any other product. And i dont have cs 5 in the selection options.

contact adobe support if your cs5 license is NOT an upgrade license,
