I have a licensed copy of CS6 bought in 12/2013. Have it on a laptop and now want it also on a desktop too. Serial number listed in my adobe account is too short to use to activate the suite on the new machine.

I have been buying and using Adobe products continually since 1993 (photoshop 2.5).  I have a licensed copy of CS6 bought in 12/2013.  Have it on a laptop and now want it also on a desktop too - to use when not traveling.   Serial number listed in my adobe account is too short to use to activate the suite on the new machine.  WHAT can I do about this?  Cannot find a phone number to call.  REALLY wish Adobe was a decent company..

    For Windows, Google to find Belarc advisor to read the serial number you are using and compare to what Adobe has on file... I know of no reason they should not be the same, but checking may help
