I have a new computer because the old computer was broken . Can I use Lightroom license further . Or the license needs to be reset ?

    The license agreement you signed up to allows you to have two machines with activated installations.

    The option to deactivate depends which version of Lightroom this concerns.  Anything older than version 6 has no such option - just reinstall and activate as needed.
