I have a new macbook and want to download photoshop which I am paying for as a monthly subscription, but it isn't listed in my creative cloud applications, but adobe are still taking money out of my bank account!

My original Macbook was stolen, I spoke to Adobe support and they said it would be simple enough to reinstall it on my new Macbook (once the insurance had come through etc) expect the programme is nowhere to be found.... and they are asking me to pay for it again (even though they are still taking monthly payments out of my bank account!)

AND THERE IS NO ONE FROM ADOBE SUPPORT TO SPEAK TO which is extremely unprofessional and aggravating.... I keep getting sent here. So, can anyone here actually help me!?
