I have a perpetual licence fot acrobat pro but i cant reinstall it on my computer

Last year my company purchased a perpetual license for adobe acrobat pro. Everything was fine until I upgraded windows- which cleared the software from my computer. Now reinstating the purchase product acrobat pro back on my computer is becoming a big issue.  Under my profile it does not appear under plan & products. I can obtain the purchase order number and the serial -  can you help me reinstall acrobat pro.
