I have a plan that includes photoshop, but i get a message that I need to purchase it

I have a photography plan that includes photoshop, and next billing is May 2023.

Since yesterday, when I open photoshop I get a message that says I am on a 7 day free trial and need to purchase photoshop at @$29.99 a month.

Can someone advise what's going on here? What do I need to pay for something I've already paid for?
