i have a problem buying a student subscription

i'm a student in Israel for graphic design in Bezalel academy of arts and designtwo problems:1.how do i let adobe know i'm a student? i understood i have to give a student prime' i got it but how do i send it or confirm it?2. i tried to buy the whole package of software - like Ia Ps Id and more... but when im trying to pay adobe only let me the option in the credit/visa payment in the u.s but i live in israel!! and turns out i cant pay?pease help me i've tried every way and i need it for my schoolthank you
