I have a problem installing lightroom 6 download

Hi, I've just purchased lightroom 6 as a download. I have an HP Pavilion g6 running windows 10. The software downloaded ok, the installation started and I got past the point where I had to input the serial code. I arrived at the Adobe window showing product name, language, location and the Install button. I click the button and the User Account Control asks if I want to allow the Adobe Setup. I click Yes, and I get:

Windows cannot find - 'C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\Decore\Setup.exe'

Help please in simple english

    Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
