I have a problem when I try to re-install Photoshop Elements 10 to my mac.

It says that signature is out of date. I need photoshop and I don't want to buy a new one cause I have already purchased this version.

Any solution for that? why I can't install it again. It running very slow before uninstall and after uninstall it says I can't install it anymore. Can you help me?

    Hi Emb, kindly try the steps mentioned below.

    • Open disk utility, on left side pane you would find Photoshop element 10 dmg,
    • Remove it.

    Problem solved. I made a disk image (ISO) from my DVD on the PC, put it in a memory stick for Mac and installed . Thank you for your help in any case. Main problem was that I don't have dvd-player on my mac book pro.

    Hi There, we would like to know from where you have downloaded the installer and which OS version do you have?

    Meanwhile, here is what you can try:

    1. Download the installer from: Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10
    2. Troubleshoot installation | Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements | Mac OS

    Hi.

    I tried that site and it's media already and it can't open that install.app.

    I'm using Mac OS X 10.8.5 (Finnish)

    I have that Elements 10 DVD-medias too but I don't have DVD player on my mac book pro.

    I have to use my PC now but if you can found any solutions for that installation problem, I'll be happy again.
