I have a problem with accepting payment.

Hi,

I paid CC pack with all apps by card (MasterCard), but ADOBE send me information, that my order was not accepted. But my money was deducted from my account. So nothing send me license for apps to my ADOBE account.

It is normal? I don´t understand and I really want find some good solution.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. There seems to be an issue with the payment, I request you to kindly Contact Customer Care for help and support.
