Greeting

 

I have a problem with payment. I want to purchase the Illustrator program.

When I enter the visa information and agree to the terms to complete the payment, I see this message: “A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank."

 

But I didn't understand what the problem was? What is the solution?

contact adobe support or try purchasing using a different (eg, mobile) browser. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
