I have a subscription to cc, how can i get edge reflow cc to install on my imac? When I'm installing it hangs up at about 25%. I've tried to install about six times. The farthest I've gotten is about 43% and then it hangs up and says,Waiting...

    Hi There -

    Thanks for replying and this doesn't help. The forum links you sent are different from the issue I'm having as I'm on a Mac and they're on a PC. Also they were able to install the Edge Reflow CC program. I can't even do that.

    In Adobe's App download window the Reflow CC app downloads to 25% and then it hangs up and just says, "Waiting." If Adobe has a bug with this program downloading for a mac, maybe they should just state that in the Mac system requirements on the Edge Reflow cc main page so folks don't waste their time.

    Moe321 if the download and installation is not reaching the 50 percent completion point then you are facing a download failure.  Please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for a possible solution.

    If you continue to experience difficulties then please utilize an alternate Internet connection.  If you are connected via a wireless connection try a wired connection.  If you are on a wired connection try a different cable.
