I just switched from a MacBook to Windows and I can not figure out how to install my programs. My computer always says I need a File Manager/7z to open my collection but I also don't have a clue as to which one can do it best. I love my computer and hate to get rid of it just because of this issue. Please help!

When you choose to switch platform (between Mac and Windows) be sure to budget for all new apps. In this case you will now need to go subscription.

When you purchased it, did you get both a Mac and a Windows license?

If you are downloading your suite from Adobe, the Windows version has 2 files: The 7z which contains the program and an .exe which uncompresses that .7z file, and creates the install folder. The Mac version just has a single .dmg Disk Image file.

If you can tell us what version you have, we can check that for you.
