I have a year subscription to Adobe Creative Suite. Does Adobe Encore come with creative suite, or do I download it separately?

I have a year subscription to Adobe Creative Suite. Does Adobe Encore come with creative suite, or do I have to pay and download it separately?

    as long as you have a 64 bit computer, encore is included.

    you would install something that comes with encore (like premiere pro cs6) by opening your cc app>apps>filters&versions>previous versions>premiere pro install>cs6.

    How can I use encore, I can't find it in my programs or when i search for it or anything.
