Question

I have Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 but cannot install Acrobat. Can anyone help please?

After negotiating Adobe's labyrinth of options and links I think I'm correct in assuming that I should have Acrobat X Pro (or is it XI Pro), as part of Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6, but when I insert the serial number to register it, I'm told there's an error.

Somewhere I read that if I deactivated one of the Suite, then this would correct this problem - it didn't. So now I don't have Dreamweaver activated. Great.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed please?

Sdfblskjdbf please deactivate and reactivate your Creative Suite 6 installation.  Please use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Dreamweaver to accomplish this.  Once deactivated then please use the same application to reactivate your Creative Suite installation.  This should then license your Acrobat installation.

You can find more details regarding the activation/deactivation process at Activation & deactivation help - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html.
