I have an account paid with credit card, have used photoshop till yesterday, when I was asked to download an update. since then, I cannot enter photoshop nor find the identification code

ho attivato a novembre 15 un abbonamento individuale a Photoshop/lightroom, operando tutto in linea.  Ho lavorato bene fino a ieri, quando mi è stato chiesto di accettare un aggiornamento:  da quel momento non riesco più ad aprire Photoshop.  Il sito Adobe mi conferma di avere l'account attivo, tuttavia per   l'accesso mi chiede un codice di identificazione del prodotto che non ho più / se ma l'ho avuto.

quindi, sono bloccata. il pagamento sulla carta di credito risulta regolare
